[The video feed opens to Naminé looking quite serious, her lips set in a determined line as she faces the gear. It's like it's taking all her willpower not to shut the thing off. She takes a deep breath.

Opens her mouth.

Closes it, slumping.

Opens it again--

And visibly slumps again, shaking her head and mumbling to herself.]

... what am I doing... maybe it really is better I don't go... we might leave on that day too so...

[As she ponders this, a Murkrow lands on her shoulder, tilting it's head at the gear.

And then suddenly pecking at it-- CUE FRANTIC TRAINER]

Shore, n--!

[And it ends. Looks like that wasn't meant to be sent out.]

[It starts jumping up and down on her head OHGOD MAKE IT STOP]

... Where are you? I'll come help you out.

[The last syllable gets stressed when the Murkrow tugs at her hair :>]

Okay, hang on! [he flips the feed off and takes off running-- may have helped if he asked her what room she's in, right? whoops... well, she'll likely hear Sora calling her name in the hallway in a few minutes.]

[There's a door opening when he calls near.]

H-here!

Naminé! [HANG ON, SORA'S HERE TO SAVE THE DAY-- he reaches up and waves his arms wildly at Shore.]

Go on, shoo! You're hurting her!

[Shore blinks at Sora, then gives one more tug-- before flying off--

-- and perching on his head :>]

Uh... I guess that's better than pulling Naminé's hair...

I'm sorry, Sora.

[Namine's got some messed up hair too. Shore pads around his head, as if trying to flatten those spikes B|]

It's all right! No big deal.

[that's a valiant effort Shore, but flattened spikes are a no go. Sora bats at him with his hand experimentally.]

[Shore evades it by flying off when Sora's hand gets too near, returning when it's safe and resuming her hair flattening duty. Namine hustles around, trying to find a pokeball.]

Uh...

[all right then derpbird, he'll just stay put and endure the hair flattening until Naminé locates the pokéball.]

[And she recalls the derpbird, looking really apologetic :c]

[did you know that it's possible for Sora's hair to be even more of a mess than normal? because it is right now.]

That's... quite a bird you have there, Naminé.

[Look on the bright side, she shares the same bed hair.]

I'm really, really sorry, Sora. Are you alright?
